Table Dimensions allows you to specify a dimension that will be created automatically when a new entity is created within Business Central.

To setup the tables search for Table Dimensions.

Use the lookup on the Table ID field to select the table you want to automatically setup dimensions values for:

In this example I want a new Customer dimension value code and description to be created when a new customer is created in Business Central.

The Dimension Code will be the Customer No. and the Dimension Name will be the Customer Name. Tick Activate to use this rule.
